3. Shipping Costs:

  • Express Shipping: £10.00 GBP for all orders within the UK.
  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

4. Order Processing and Handling:

  • Orders are processed within 0-1 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 8:00 PM (GMT) on business days will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Our estimated delivery time for Express Shipping is 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • The total estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days from the date of purchase (including processing time).
  • Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order directly on our website’s order tracking page.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier issues. We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
